for rules, regulations, and classes BEFORE you begin.
PLEASE NOTE: For online entries that require an entry fee or the purchase of a pass, you MUST use a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). If you do not have a credit card, you must make your entry in person at the Administration Building on the Fairgrounds. All Open Class exhibitors, regardless of age, need to purchase a pass (Season or Membership) to enter into the fair. Membership passes CANNOT be purchased on-line. If you need to purchase a membership ticket please call the fair office. Open Class entries without the purchase of a pass will not be processed.
If you have a season pass or membership already purchased, on the exhibitor screen, please list your 5 digit number there.
Online entry deadline is Aug. 1, 2014.
ONLINE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
To login, click "login/logoff" and choose "Exhibitor". Then select "I am a new Exhibitor." When you register, create a username and password. EVERYONE IS A NEW EXHIBITOR AGAIN THIS YEAR. Once your account is created, select "Create Entries". Select the divisions and classes you will be entering in, filling in all required fields. When you have completed your entries and have reached the confirmation page, PRINT A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS. If you have any questions, please call the Allen County Fair Office at 419-228-7141. Thank you for entering. To view your account, login and enter name , choose I am already registered, enter password, then select My Account on the left hand side. Choose view entries button.
